3. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering services as agreed in our service contract. Weather conditions may affect scheduling of outdoor work.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all our operations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Emergency cancellations will be accommodated when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

Garden designs and plans remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
